ich bin der Tommie aus Irland und fotographiere jetzt seit 3 Jahren. Ziel ist einfach besser zu werden und hoffentlich lerne ich hier 'was.

Ich bin zufällig ( über eine Anmerkung von Dir bei einem Freund ) in Dein Portfolio gestolpert und hab mich umgeschaut. Du machst sehr schöne Bilder und ich bin sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal hier
"My Ireland" -the set of pictures taken during my first visit to your country. There exists an admiration for randomly met people, that were always openhearted and friendly. There is also a fascination with beautiful and mystic landscape, which doubtless exerts an influence on Irish people. This cross-association gave inspiration for those photographs taken in Dublin and Galway in June 2006.

Ich finde dein Bild "Against the Grain" klasse, und weil ich ein paar Jahre im Nahen Osten wohnte, habe ich nach mehr Fotos aus dieser Region in deinem Ordner gesucht. Die Fotos gefallen mir gut, sogar Aleppo sieht super aus, obwohl ich die Stadt nie gemocht habe.

Thank you for commenting my photo "Waiting For The Postman". Yes, you are right: Nikkor 80-200 is a great lens, but 70-200 VR is also better, especially on my new digital cameras.
Thamk you for you honest comment to my photo "Devil's Fingers". Maybe you are right, but I ensure you that the photo wasn't very interesting (there are a lot of similar images), so I decided to try an experimental mood. Moreover I am specialized in ethnophotography, so that isn't my "field of action".
