I like the tiered arrangement of the bell tower and it is a well looked after church with the paintwork lovely and white. A sensible colour for a sunny environment, reduces fading. It looks almost museum like with the columns and the statue.

you are right, it's beautiful! sunny countries always seem to have so many white churches – maybe it's because they look just great against a cloudless sky! like the dark green "frame" of this picture a lot: the leaves look almost like silhouetted ornaments! and i like the tiny detail of the tiny pigeons "guarding" (or soiling ; ))) the church pillars! hugs, sabine.
