Old Salt ropeway

Closed to Espargos and the ocean we find an huge volcano crater with a salines inside. First the Portuguese earn the salt, later was sold to a French company, our days is under Italian management. We see the old transport ropeway to take the salt to harbour ca. 3Km. far away. A very impressive landscape and the old artefacts.
