Not sure who are 'THEY'?!
I saw this stencilled graffiti on one of the new made pillars on the Vali Aser's pavement in Tehran.

That's really amazing!For me it looks more like modern art
If I'm right in translating the four persian words, they mean: Lie, new, day (noruz?) , bright.
Would be interesting to know the real meaning.
