You won't find those children sitzen mit krumm rucken in front of computer games or watching tv all day. They have got a long walk to bring home some water from a far away spring. There is no public water supply with running water in their village on the island of Elephanta near Mumbai, the former Bombay..
We may consider them poor, they don't really think about that.
The view at sunset of the long row of women and children carrying the brass pots filled with water on the heads of their slim and straight bodies reveals nothing but beauty.

Eine märchenhafte Szene. Das Licht und der wie ein Torbogen geschwungene Baum geben dem Bild etwas Irreales, eben etwas märchenhaftes. Der sich zu dir umdrehende Junge rechts ist das i-Tüpfelchen.
