The Living Forest (432) : Foxglove
In the summertime many wild flowers are growing in the forest, like this foxglove.
The entire plant is poisonous (including roots and seeds), but the uppermost leaves are extremely toxic !
Just one nibble is enough to potentially cause death !!!

German name : Roter Fingerhut
Latin name : Digitalis purpurea
