The blue tit is a small songbird that is easily recognisable by its beautiful blue and yellow plumage.

My shot shows a blue tit nesting in an abandoned woodpecker's nest

Dutch name : Pimpelmees
German name : Blaumeise
Latin name : Cyanistes caeruleus (previously Parus caeruleus)
