hello Jose, when I hear you say "no pictures", I know the feeling. It's terrible. When I was 19 I spent 7 months in Italy but I was so dirt poor that I couldn't afford the cheapest camera. I visited some tremendous places (Rome,Florence,Ravenna,Genoa,Pisa) so I carried a sketchbook. One thing however:
I used to cross the Arno in Pisa at the same time every day when the last rays of the setting sun hit the river. It was a so beautiful, but I couldn't photograph it. I wowed to return eventually and I did. In 1994 with a proper camera and took the same picture. This shot was featured by fc on their front page!

Hi Jose,
Many thanks for your comment which made me smile. This place has been here for very long time. It was founded in 1120, and now these ruins are cared for by English Heritage. I think it will be around for a few more years yet :)))
