Homeward Serenade

Violinist makes music on a summer afternoon outside the entrance
to the L'Enfant Plaza station of the Washington, D.C. Metro.

The title is an homage, musically speaking, to my first gig as a classical music broadcaster, many years ago, at WGMS in Washington. The program I'd sometimes host during the afternoon rush was called..."Homeward Serenade."

Ah, but that was a bit before Washington had a subway ;-)
