I can't quite confirm that now. We have had very little rain in the region since April. Nevertheless, there is often a very good selection of flowers to be found in the gardens and in nature. The question is of course how long the plants can cope with such a prolonged drought.
The young lady in front is certainly checking the weather forecast on her mobile phone - hoping for rain.

  thank you, Matthias … we get a lot of rain here (normally) - and complain a lot :-))), I think that made the artist choose the slogan..
  We say: "in Vancouver you don't rest, you rust" and also "Vancouverites have webbed feet. Well, definitly a different story this last hot and long Summer (and still dry in November) ...
