Red-shouldered Hawk on Amberly
This magnificant bird of prey was just sitting on a low branch on a tree next to a road (Amberly Drive) into a residential area! Look at its talons... I had to lean out of the car window to take this photo and luckily the bird did not fly off. That was one of the most exciting photos I have ever taken.

...möchte ich auch mal erleben, dass einer so schön still hält.Bei mir flüchten die immer sofort, was hoffentlich nicht an mir liegt... ;-))))
