Schloss Spiez am Thunersee - Castle Spiez at Lake Thun
Situated on a rocky spur on the lakeside, Spiez Castle and its early Romanesque castle church bear witness to the change from a medieval castle to an impressive patrician residence of the 17th / 18th Century. The castle has a café and beautifully kept grounds and annual exhibitions.

Dieses Foto entstand auf einer Rundreise auf und um den Thunersee.
Diese Landschaft üben einen ganz speziellen Reiz auf mich aus: Mächtige Berglandschaften und doch sanft. Es ist auch eine Zeitreise durch die Geschichte. Man weiss nicht erst in den heutigen Tagen, wo es schön ist und es ist gut, wenn diese Kulturdenkmäler erhalten bleiben.
