Submarí Barcelona

The submarine Barcelona, is a ship donated in 1986 by the ministry of defense to the Museum of Science (now CosmoCaixa) it is a submarine model SA-51, also known submarine assault 51st, had a capacity for eight people and was manufactured in Spain by the national company Bazan Cartagena, this model never intervened in the war.

The submarine was named as "submarine Barcelona", arrived at the port on May 4, 1986 during a museum exhibition entitled Submarines, submersibles and batiscafs.
