the mosque was unexpected for us in this South American country ... small yet very beautiful with intricate architectural details not unlike ones in Istanbul or Morocco ..

Sehr feine Architektur und Malerei. Die Bögen und die Kuppel erinnern mich an die maurische Architektur in der Alhambra.

J'ADMIRE ce cadrage bien étudié et millimétrè sur ces voûtes qui se superposent et s'entrecroisent . La composition offre une fascinant effet graphique et la luminosité est superbe .

Chile wurde hauptsächlich von den Spaniern besiedelt. Die selbst hatten zuhause über Jahrhunderte die Mauren im Land und waren von diesen sehr beeinflußt. Noch heute sieht man diesen arabischen Einfluß überall in Spanien. Und dieses Erbe haben sie wohl nach Chile mitgenommen.
