oh yes, the corn is almost "elephant high" in Pennsylvania..... I sympathize with your water shortage, Archie, but being Americans you will figure out something.... you've got the entire Pacific Ocean at your doorstep. thanks for your appreciation janos
thank you Archie, in this case they are no farm animals.. They live in a natural park where they have to take care of themselves and find their food and shelter...but they are very sweet and gentle, some are quite afraid... lg, Mirjam
Hi Archie, Thanks for your comments! The problem with this concert was that a few minutes later it was raining cats and dogs. And at least the first family looked to me like everyone forced to participate in this family outing, especially the young girls look very bored...
Greetings, Sabine
The photo was taken in the Truckee yard. The train was at rest as the engineer had to take a break of some type. It was what allowed me the time to find the right juxtaposition. Also, when the train left the yard, I simply had to turn about and caught the connecting track joining with the main rail just as the final car came into position. Fun shot. Thanks for your comments.
Sorry, Archie! The idyll is my touristic view, I know fishing is a serious business. And I even had the impression that these three guys were professional fishermen, spending their spare time - fishing!
Thanks and greetings, Sabine
