Maine

The State of Maine is a state in the New England region of the northeastern United States of America, bordering the Atlantic Ocean to the southeast, New Hampshire to the southwest, the Canadian provinces of Quebec to the northwest and New Brunswick to the northeast.

Maine ist der nördlichste Bundesstaat an der Ostküste der Vereinigten Staaten. Mit nur ca. 1,3 Mio. Einwohner und 90% Waldfläche trägt Maine auch den Namen "Pine Tree State".
