I was born in 1978 in Düsseldorf. After I finished
school, I went to university, where I studied Social Sciences
and German Studies. When I then discovered photography, it
finally felt right. After a traineeship in photography, I worked
for several years as an assistant for various photographers.This
allowed me to see the world and provided me with a wide
range of photographic knowledge from which I still benefits
today. My work is direct, focused and authentic. I am always trying to portray people,
situations and places with emotional sensitivity and intensive visual clarity. I want to reach people and I am convinced that you have to be willing to be honest. Authenticity always makes the best and most lasting impression - in the very best case, the viewer is inspired, wants to find out more, has his own thoughts and continues the
story.
