This crayfish in Thailand is called "Gang" (not Gung) and is very liked by the local people. The offer was for 150 Baht = 4.45 € a kilo.
I prefer steaming instead cooking. Steaming cooks whole lobsters more slowly than boiling, so it reduces the chance of overcooking.
