Chili peppers for drying
Without the important food ingredient the chili Thailand cuisine wouldn't be imaginable.
But chili originally isn't a Thai spice, it was imported from Middle America long time ago. Many cultivars of chili pepper spread across the world so to Thailand as well, used for both food and the traditional medicine.
