In the Khao Laem National Park

The Lhao Laem National park isn't known very much by foreign travellers. The park covers the surrounding fertile forest of Khao Laem Reservoir in Sangkla Buri and Amphur Thong Pha Phum , which suit for tourism and recreation.
An excursion to the Khao Laem Dam is a nice experience.
This photo shows the walk to a Buddha statue on an island in tghe middle of the big reservoir of the Khwae Noi River (River Kwai).

    Danke Sylvia, fernab von allen touristischen Hochburgen gibt es auch in Thailand noch traumhaft schöne Ziele zu bereisen, der Khao Laem See gehört zu meinen Lieblingsplätzen, Gruß Wolfgang
