I couldn't have said that better, what you just wrote, dear Raúl. That's essentially everything about street photos.
I like this one in particular because it is like being there in this scene : )
    Greetings, Thomas

In retrospect,.. In regards to the angle, I chose this angle for respect for the individuals (particularly hispanic men) this community is mostly immigrants from Mexico. They are very uncomfortable and leary about being photographed. I wanted to catch the moment without loosing the natural ambience of what takes place..

The idea of the crop, that I do appreciate and will render a edited version of it...

I love photographing people (especially on a individual basis), but in certain moments I like to catch the buzz as whole, the noise, motion of the moment... But I will always treasure one the best critiques I ever got from one the members and a well-known and renowned photographer,.. He said in regards to photographing an individual,.. "I always put my camera down, put my hand out first, introduce myself and ask for thier name, get to know the person, make it intimate and if possible,.. Enjoy a cup of coffee with them. Then, if allowed, pick up the camera...."

    Best advice ever!

If this was my Picture i would have made it in an angle of nearly 4 to 5 from above (or cut a third from the bottom) for more concentration. Enlargened it s not THAT Problem, but if you see it that small as it is in "normal size" you loose on the détails.
Sorry, critics, but just MY opinion, maybe a lot of People love it the way it is ;-)
    Best regards, Gerry
