Pendeen Watch

Der Leuchtturm von Pendeen Watch steht auf einem Felsvorsprung an der Nordküste von Cornwall. Bei einem ersten Besuch vor vielen Jahren wusste ich nicht so recht hier ein gutes Bild zu machen. Ein paar Jahre später kam ich im Abendlicht an und die Abendsonne tauchte die Landschaft in warmes, weiches Licht.

The Pendeen Watch Lighthouse is situated atop a cliff on the northern coast of Cornwall. When I first visitied it many years ago, I did not really find a way to take a reasonable photo. Some years later, I arrived in the evening and the weather was on my side: The warm evening sun set the spot into a warm and yellow ligtht.
