Ein wunderbares Foto !! Ich war dort 3 Jahre früher auch analog mit Minolta unterwegs :-) Eine eindrucksvolle Reise, aber es hat sich für die Armen inzwischen leider nicht viel verbessert.

Das ist ein einzigartiges Zeitdokument des Lebens in Kathmandu und vor allem der Kinder. Es verdeutlicht einprägsam die schwere Arbeit dieser Holz Sammelnden, um es vielleicht irgendwo für ein Taschengeld auf einem Markt zu verkaufen. Ich hoffe, die Zeiten haben sich nach 1988 verändert - glauben kann ich es nicht. Wenn man vergleicht, welchen "Strapazen" unsere Kinder ausgesetzt sind und sich noch darüber beklagen, hilft ein Blick auf dieses Bild.
Es ist ein inhaltlich starkes Bild, das auch fotografisch perfekt aufgebaut ist. Für mich eines der besten aus Deinem Angebot!!!

Children here don't know how comfortable their lives are and how easy everything is for them! These children seem happy to have their picture taken on their way to work!
Good picture to get one thinking.
