The Crematorium

India has very little to look forwards to. The common denominator is hope.
Hope when you are born, Hope to find someone loving. Hope to find good work. Hope to make a future in the new super structor of India as it claims it's white European American Look within a class system that is pushing people of color further back as well if they look Indian. And Hope to Die and reach Nirvana. Well if you are not bitten by any animal that represents their gods, or escape a few debilitating ceases you got a shot. The only question is how fast do you want to burn to reach your heaven.

As I moved about Jamshedpur, I thought about people, and our dreams. Today from stumbling into the Crematorium , I got to see how the people take to death, lost ones, again. You look for answers, and discover that humanity is what it is and only at that moment for all of us.

Powerful in a grim sort of way. Do you ever get over seeing these people live the way they do.I don't think I could bear the heaviness of seeing people live in abject poverty on a daily basis.
    Sincerely,
    Howard

"animal that represents their gods" Hold that thought for a moment....my dog God just took a dump on the living room carpet again. I keep telling my wife that I don't think that God likes our living room carpet. Be back in a minute after I clean it up.
