The Eye Glass Man

He sells eye glasses in the market place. The glasses are all uses and scratched like a coca cola bottle with a foggy surface found under the sand at the shore line.
You can call him middle class. He makes over 47 cents in US coins a day, because that is the baseline of being poor.

his upwards glance, the fogged-up goggle look of his cumbersome glasses, the "missing" eyes behind them, and his roundish, almost childlike features – it's all making me feel slightly protective towards him… ; ) a moving portrait, glenn! and i always really enjoy the "in-a-nutshell" discourses that go with your pictures, as they are both informative and enlightening all at the same time! greetings, sabine. p.s.: fascinating color correspondences again, too! with his turquoise outfit and blanket he matches the padlocked cupboard/shrine in his back perfectly!
