The Fungi World (221) : Candlesnuff fungus
This very small but conspicuous fungus with a branched antler like form can be found all year round, but most commonly in autumn.
The specimens in the shot are only 1cm high.
Dutch name : Geweizwam
German name : Geweihförmige Holzkeule
Latin name : Xylaria hypoxylon
