At this time of the year, Coltsfoot can be found growing in the forest, mainly in damp places.

Those early spring flowers look a bit like dandelions.
Coltsfoot produces only pollen, no nectar.

Latin name : Tussilago farfara

Huflattich - I remember it well and never knew the name in English. Two beautiful yellow suns glowing in front of the black background .... an excellent image of this plant many of us would just ignore!!!
