the long march

this hindu was on the panchakroshi route, a 5 day 50 mile pilgrimage around varanasi that leads you to more than hundred shrines and holy places. he had come to varanasi from western india on a long and tiring journey by bus and truck to worship the god shiva. he had walked all day and looked a bit tired but he said that he wanted to do this since many years and felt a great satisfaction with every step.

wie immer zeugt der intensive Blick davon, daß Du mit ihm in Kontakt warst und ein Dialog stattfand - genau dies gefällt mir sehr in Deinen Alltagsportraits.

Solltest Du zufällig nächste Woche in Calcutta oder auf der Mela sein: Ich geb' 'nen Chai aus!

super Bild! Bildaufbau finde ich gut, der Stab teilt das Bild nicht und das Gesicht des Hindu führt ins Bild hinein. Klasse!
