The Middle Ages (25) : Spanish Royal Princess

This series is an attempt to illustrate how life was going on in the Middle Ages.

The shot shows a Spanish Royal Princess.

During the late Middle Ages, the Christian kingdom of the Iberian Peninsula (Spain) became very powerful and wealthy.
As a consequence, Spanish princesses became very beloved by the rulers of the other mighty kingdoms like England and France.

Photographed at medieval festival of castle Franchimont (Belgium).
