VW Beetle 1978 1600S

This VW beelte still have the old floor pan with drum brakes and a link and king pin suspension. The roof where from the 1302 beetle. the dash board and seating where also from the 1302 beetle. It has a 1600cc twin port engine.
Interestingly the car is fun to drive and are very reliable and does not consume a lot of fuel. I bought the car new and have been driving it since 1978.
There where not many of these beetles produced so in my opinion I think that it is worth preserving the car. What do all you beetle fans out there think about it?
