Weathered Visual Aid

A woman walks up the street carrying a heavy sack of grain.Her glasses are well worn. They are frosty and dirty. In India the dirt from the street and the surrounding farm land is a problem for maintaining glasses. IN time what was good glass becomes nothing but the bottom of a coke bottle that appears washed in the the sand from the ocean tide. HOwever in Allalhabad India it is the air stirring about.

Another stirring image of life as people struggle to exist in crowded, dirty cities and slums. Without being there it's hard to fully understand the plight of the worlds poorest people.Thank you for opening my eyes.

Wow, another amazing impression of india. I wonder if and how much she still can see through these glasses. But I guess it`s better than having no glasses for her...
