Zu einem Besuch bei einem der örtlichen Winzer im Piemont gehört auch ein Besuch der Weinkeller. Diese sind in der Regel recht modern und verfügen über viele Edelstahltanks, aber dieses hatte auch einen älteren, weniger organisierten und daher viel interessanteren Teil.

Part of a visit to one of the local vintners in Piedmont is a visit to the wine cellars. These tend to be quite modern with lots of stainless steel vats, but this particular one also had an older, less organised, and therefore much more interesting part.
