America's Lighthouse
Cape Hatteras is often refered to as "America's Lighthouse". It is impressive at 208 feet tall. This lightouse is the tallest in America. The photo was taken from the beach which was close. I thought it would make for an interesting shot to have the beach as a foreground.

a great composition Buck, does the sun rise there or set there? near the lighthouse?you shoud try those sort of shots, i really like this motif

This one is my favorite,....the soft light and the grass in the foreground really add mood to the shot!!
