if i had passed this place and seen this "cry of help" ; )) as a child, i would have gotten all worked up and started to feel incredibly sorry for the poor unsold item/creature! would have begged my parents to please rescue this pretty folkloristic girl and buy her for me! of course, they would have resisted that urge – ANOTHER ONE??! a "tantrum of compassion" would sure have followed and spoiled the rest of our walk through gdanks ; ))). a great picture, though, viola! love how you captured her in this forlorn pose, with her arms raised dramatically and the "danzig book" right next to her on the rugged rocks… greetings, sabine.
