Cafe Royal #1, Edinburgh
Originally dating back to 1826, The Café Royal stood just across the road from the present building and was known for its dining room special - oysters. In 1863 The Royal moved to its new location in this stylish Parisian building, designed by local architect Robert Paterson. Entering The Café Royal is like taking a step back in time with its stained glass, murals, mirrors and wood panelings.

bin zwar SW Fan, aber in diesem Fall gefällt mir das farbige Bild doch besser.. Vor allem die roten Akzente machen aus der Fassade etwas Besonderes!Ein wunderschönes Gebäude, das, durch die schöne Lichtstimmung, herrlich einladend und gemütlich wirkt.
