: )))))))) a whole web of stories buried in just one picture! the man with dark sunglasses, for exampe, is secretely saying a prayer: "oh lord! we live in a purple house, we have feminine lace curtains dangling from our windows. please let 'the wife' start knitting something else, something non-pink, something more masculine!! oh, how i hate wearing those sissy sweaters all the time!" of course, he's not wearing one today. he's taken it off, the minute she left the house to sit outside and knit. she won't notice! she's so deeply engrossed in her knitting and in watching the neighbors across the street, scanning their plump bodies for size – the whole neighborhood is walking around in her sweaters! now look at the little girl! even she is having some secret thoughts: she's comparing feet! yes, when she grows up, she'll chuck the shoes, paint her nails a shocking red and wear "convertibles", too – just like grandma! ; ))))))) amitiés, sabine.
