Contentment After Comic Con - A New York Moment

It was the first week in October, but summer was clinging tenaciously to NYC on this soggy evening, so I guess the shorts were no surprise.
But the rain and the soggies were of little concern around Hudson Yards on Manhattan’s West Side, as throngs of would be monsters, superheroes and super villains made their way to and from ComicCon at Javits Convention Center.
This couple, on a Flushing-bound 7 train of the New York City Subway system, strongly appealed to me as a motif as they seemed to be so thoroughly enjoying their pics from the event. But I also like this photo as so often it seems people are so wrapped up in their i-thingies as to be in their own worlds, oblivious to others around them.
