      Yes - I liked the light on the water.
      In the lake district - you often get better pictures when there is some cloud - compressing the light.
      And yes - these are dark hills.
      This valley - south of derwentwater - is called "the Jaws of Borrowdale". - and it can have a "Lord of the Rings" feeling of foreboding about it.
