I was given an assignment for Texoma Living Magazine to photograph a Jazz Museum here in Sherman, TX. Much to my amazement, this museum, located in the old Masonic Temple bldg, had the entire estate of Maynard Ferguson, as well as horns, music, and recordings from Winton Marsalis, Dizzy Gillespie, Louis Armstrong, Miles David, Chick Corea and dozens of others. It was a real treasure.
