Green Frog (3)
Did you know that with his long powerful hind legs, the Green Frog is the fastest amphibian !
Look once at those large eyes giving an excellent vision and the placement of the eyes allows the frog to see predators without moving the rest of its body.
I don’t know if you like frogs or not, but I do love this striking animal capable of living both on land and in water.
Dutch name : Middelste Groene kikker
German name : Teichfrosch
Latin name : Pelophylax kl. esculentus (previous Rana kl. esculenta)

Ist schon der Wahnsinn, mit welchen Fähigkeiten die Tiere ausgestattet sind. In diesem Fall Schnelligkeit und Sehfähigkeit rundum. Ganz super hast Du diesen Teichfrosch präsentiert.Grüße Günter
