I like the pale colours of that picture very much. I only noticed that the wood is in the middle after I read Urgur's comment. It did not disturb me, although I understand his point. It is a lovely picture - centered or not :-)! Cheers KerstinUgur Ozdemir 02/08/2007 22:16
Michael,My dear friend ( if i may say that ).
I have read all the comments and no one said any thing about wood in the middle.
I think in a good composition it woud or shoud not be positioned there. It woud have been better if it wasnt in the photo. But thats my opinion.
You woud say perhaps : why Ozdemir ?
- i think something in a middle in this kind of photos is making the eyes and the thinking of the looker of this photo some kind of directionless. The person that is looking will walk around the middle wood, look left and right but will not have rest peace..
At the same time it brings the photo out balans i think.
On the right upper sight you the the green leafs..
On the hole photo theres no where green only there.
I think it shoud have been cropped.
I hope i didnt hurt you with my critics thats made to your photo but not to you. I know how vaulueble you are.
