I think you need to get the focus on the stone pile. Your cam has taken the edge of he granit step as the point of focus and the rockpile just loses it's inpact. Nice idea.Maybe aligning the left hand of the rockpile with the right hand of the background waterfll would add impact.
Just some thoughts.
