kumari is a living goddess of Hindu religon and known as only one hindu living goddess of Nepal. She is patron deity of newar community. She is more powerful according religeous view. It is strong faith that Kumari is believed to be the incarnation of the goddess Taleju Bhawani, symbols of Bhagabati. Kumari Ghar is situated at Kathmandu darbar square where a living goddess kumari live. Every year, It is dancing festival of Pharping, close of kathmandu vally ,20 kms in south valley.
