Ok vom Lake sieht man nix und der Hintergrund is auch nicht berauschend aber irgendwie schau ich mir das Bild immerwieder gerne an, vorallem weil es mittlerweile richtig schneit...der nächste Sommer kommt bestimmt.

You captured a fine light which gives something special to the picture. You're right, the background is somawhat disturbing and the tree is slightly out of focus but that's not what is most important in this pic. Hav you tried to crop this picture in another way, maybe you could cut it above the head of the man sitting on the bench and take also a good part from the right, to emphasize the shadow and light? Just an idea...Anyway, a well captured moment!
