Each spring, the Large Red Damselfly is mostly the first damselfly to emerge, usually from late april.
Dutch name : Vuurjuffer (ook Rode Waterjuffer genoemd)
German name : Frühe Adonislibelle (auch Frühe Adonisjungfer genannt)
Latin name : Pyrrhosoma nymphula
