I presume the main subject was your model and not just a person standing on the street. I would have had her freeze in that position and let everyting else motion blur around her.
Coming in tighter would have helped with the overall busy-ness of the shot and the distorted perspective. The building in the background is angled. I love Tatiana's work, but this one isn't quite there. contra

Good photo, but not for the gallery imho. The cars nearby are too sharp and thus distract the viewer.
I guess from her pose the woman is not "lost in thoughts", but just waiting on her husband... I would expect more zoomed in on her face and the background more blurred for that.
