@Madmill Glatre... the orange/blue color on the train... is typical for the Wuppertaler Stadtwerk ... however these day only for trains or buses without advertising...
advertising allows those who pay to paint the vehicles (at their own cost) as they wish ... this way the Stadtwerke earns money.. and the trains or buses become creative or colorful...
