    Hi John!!! Yep, stuffed milkfish is called 'Rellenong Bangus'. You can find an example recipe of it here, http://www.filipinofoodrecipes.net/rellenong_bangus.htm I like it too. :)

    Hello Alex, I have eatten a Pilipino dish that was made from the milkfish with all the flesh removed and mixture of fish, meat and herb stuffed into then and then on the BBQ.
