Blick vom linksrheinischen Ufer hinüber auf den Rheingau mit dem ausgedehnten Weinanbaugebiet bei Lorch. Darüber spannt sich ein Himmel mit vielen Federwolken.
Durch das Niedrigwasser des Rhein kommt so einiges zutage und sorgt bei den gegenwärtigen hohen Temperaturen auch für reichlich Gestank am Flußufer.

Due to the low water level of the Rhine, a lot comes to light and, with the current high temperatures, also causes a lot of stench on the riverbank.
