Monumento Andres Guazurari (Posadas Argentina)

A modern monument of one of the greatest heroes of Argentinean independence.

Commander Andresito was a guarani born in a reduction, whose courage was recognized by his adoptive father General Artigas.

Although nobody know how and when he died, his legacy was an example for next generations.

The monument is in a very nice region beside Parana river, from where you can also see the city of Encarnación in Paraguay.
